Pylmouth, MA — Thomas W. Macy, 56, of Plymouth, Mass., (formerly worked in NYNEX Pre-Press/Art Services department) died unexpectedly on August 4, 2013. He was the son of the late Rev. Clinton T. Macy and Dorothy (Tyler) Macy.
Tom is survived by his children, Jennifer and Robert; his wife, Katharine, of Beverly; his sister, Patricia Desjardins and her husband, Richard, of Peabody; his nieces, Cynthia (Desjardins) Stratouly and her husband, Donn, of Wilmington, and Deborah (Desjardins) Alter and her husband, Edward, of North Reading; two grandnieces, Stephanie (Stratouly) Perez and Madelyn Alter; three grandnephews, Jonathan and Gregory Stratouly and Cameron Alter; a great-grandnephew, Jaylen Perez; and a great-grandniece, Sofia Perez.
ARRANGEMENTS: A private burial was held on Nantucket Island.
A public memorial service will be held at St. Peter’s Church, 24 St. Peter’s Street, Salem, Mass., on Saturday, August 24, at 2 p.m.
